Custom PCB Drying Oven with Multi-Layer Tray Racks
Overview
The PCB Drying Oven is an industrial electric heating oven designed for drying printed circuit boards (PCBs), PCB assemblies and electronic components in manufacturing environments.
After PCB cleaning, residual moisture may remain on board surfaces, around connectors and in areas beneath electronic components. A suitable drying process helps remove moisture while maintaining temperature conditions appropriate for the materials being processed.
This PCB drying oven features a double-door cabinet structure with multiple internal tray racks, providing organized loading space for batch drying operations. It is equipped with an electric heating system, forced hot air circulation and a touchscreen control system integrated with a PLC.
With a working temperature range from ambient temperature to 250°C, the equipment can be configured for different industrial drying applications. Chamber dimensions, tray arrangements and other technical specifications can be customized according to production requirements.

Key Features
1. Adjustable Working Temperature
The oven supports working temperatures from ambient temperature up to 250°C, suitable for different industrial drying requirements. Actual operating temperatures should be selected according to PCB materials and electronic component temperature limitations.
2. Electric Heating System
The electric heating system provides a controllable heat source for industrial drying applications.
3. Forced Hot Air Circulation
The internal circulation fan moves heated air through the working chamber, helping distribute heat around products placed on different tray levels.
4. Touchscreen and PLC Control
The integrated touchscreen and PLC control system provide a convenient interface for equipment operation and process parameter management.
5. Multi-Layer Tray Rack Structure
Multiple internal tray levels provide organized loading space for PCB assemblies and electronic components, making the oven suitable for batch processing.
6. Customizable Cabinet Design
Chamber dimensions, tray quantities, tray spacing and electrical configurations can be customized to accommodate different product sizes and production capacities.
Working Principle
The PCB drying oven operates through an electric heating system combined with forced hot air circulation.
When the equipment starts, the electric heaters raise the chamber temperature to the selected setting. The circulation fan moves heated air through the working chamber to help distribute heat around the products placed on the internal trays.
During the drying process, moisture released from the products can be discharged through the natural exhaust arrangement. The touchscreen and PLC system allow operators to manage the equipment's operating parameters.
For PCB applications, the appropriate temperature and drying time should be determined according to PCB construction, component specifications, cleaning medium and residual moisture requirements.
