Product Overview

A laboratory oven is designed to provide controlled heating for samples, components and materials used in research, product development and quality control. It helps laboratories and industrial testing departments carry out repeatable heating processes under defined temperature conditions.

Dongguan Xinyuanda Machinery Equipment Co., LTD. manufactures customized laboratory ovens according to application requirements, sample dimensions, operating temperature and available installation space. Each configuration can be evaluated based on the intended process, loading quantity and required temperature control.

Depending on the application, the oven can be equipped with natural convection or forced hot air circulation. Electric heating is used, with the heating capacity, chamber structure and control system selected to suit the required operating conditions.

Key Features

  • Controlled Heating: Operating temperature configured according to process requirements.

  • Custom Chamber Dimensions: Internal space tailored to sample size and batch capacity.

  • Flexible Air Circulation: Natural convection or forced circulation, depending on the application.

  • Adjustable Loading Layout: Shelves, trays and fixtures can be configured for different samples.

  • Configurable Temperature Control: Digital or programmable controls available according to requirements.

  • Application-Based Design: Chamber materials, insulation and heating capacity selected for the intended use.

Laboratory Oven

Working Principle

Samples or components are placed inside the chamber using suitable shelves, trays or fixtures. The electric heating system raises the chamber temperature to the selected setpoint, while the temperature controller regulates heating according to the configured control method.

Depending on the design, natural convection or a circulation fan helps distribute heat inside the chamber. Once the required heating time and temperature conditions have been reached, the samples can be removed according to the operating procedure.

Actual heating performance depends on the chamber design, sample properties, loading arrangement and operating conditions. Applications requiring specified temperature uniformity or documented test results should define these requirements before equipment selection.

FAQS

1. What is a laboratory oven used for?

A laboratory oven provides controlled heating for suitable samples, components and materials in research, development, quality control and industrial testing environments.

2. Can the laboratory oven be customized?

Yes. Chamber dimensions, temperature range, shelf arrangement, airflow and control configuration can be tailored to the intended application.

3. What is the difference between a laboratory oven and a lab drying oven?

A laboratory oven is a broader category of laboratory heating equipment. A lab drying oven focuses specifically on moisture removal and drying processes. The appropriate choice depends on the intended application.
