Product Overview

Our vacuum ovens are designed for industrial heating, drying and thermal processing applications that require controlled vacuum conditions. By combining a sealed heating chamber with a vacuum system, these ovens provide a controlled environment for processing industrial components and materials.

Different vacuum oven configurations can be designed according to product dimensions, batch capacity, temperature requirements and vacuum conditions. Electric heating, customized chamber sizes, loading systems and temperature controls are available for different production requirements.

Key Features

  • Controlled Vacuum Environment – Designed for heating and drying under reduced-pressure conditions.
  • Custom Chamber Configurations – Chamber dimensions can be adapted to different product sizes and batch quantities.
  • Stable Electric Heating – Controlled heating for industrial drying and thermal processing.
  • Flexible Vacuum System – Vacuum pump and related components can be selected according to process requirements.
  • Precise Temperature Control – Temperature control configuration can be customized for different processes.
  • Multiple Loading Options – Shelves, trays, racks and product fixtures are available.

Working Principle

Products are placed inside the sealed chamber before the vacuum system removes air from the working space. The heating system then raises the chamber temperature according to the required process settings.

The vacuum and temperature conditions are controlled throughout the heating or drying cycle. After the process is completed, the chamber is returned to normal pressure before the products are unloaded.

The overall configuration can be adjusted according to the required temperature, vacuum level, product characteristics and production capacity.
