Working Principle
Products are placed onto the conveyor at the loading end and transported through the heated chamber.
The heating system raises the internal temperature to the required operating condition. Depending on the process, hot air circulation or multiple temperature zones can be included to support heat distribution and staged heating.
The conveyor speed determines how long products remain inside the heating chamber. After completing the required heating or drying cycle, products exit through the unloading end for cooling, inspection or the next production step.
